The Icelandic delegation visited 4th graders in Stabekk Elementary School in Oslo yesterday. There the children showed Hera and friends a group dance to Alexander Ryback’s Fairytale. 6th graders showed impressive project they had done about Iceland. Each school on the Oslo-area picked one of the compeeting countries in Eurovision to do a project about.

Finally Hera and the backing voices sang the Icelandic folk song Krummi svaf í klettagjá for the kids and of course Je ne sais quoi with Pétur Örn playing the guitar.

The whole group had a lovely time and the kids enjoyed themselves! It is obvious that excitement is growing the the host city for the big event next week!!
